Windy City Patty Wagon is a custom commercial kitchen on wheels that was designed and built by brothers Lou and Danny Herrera. We specialize in serving gourmet burgers, using fresh never frozen locally sourced ingredients. We make our patties by hand daily and grill them to perfection while you wait.

OUR FOOD, OUR PHILOSOPHY
When it comes to our menu and our food, our philosophy is simple: the customer comes first — everything else is secondary. Therefore, we use real food. We won’t sell anything to a customer that we wouldn’t eat ourselves or serve our family. Quality fresh ingredients are key. We don’t freeze or microwave anything… ever. We locally source our ingredients, focusing on offering seasonal products, and we have a rooftop garden that we use to supplement our herbs and produce during the summer. We hand press every patty, and our fries are cut fresh and twice fried, every day. Our bacon is nitrite/nitrate-free and we serve high-protein, vegetarian options. Our bottom-line goal is to provide Chicagoans the best on-the-go dining experience in the city.
